I just want to thank the Beisa's Legacy team, they did a great job on our home Exterior, they cleaned everyday and answered all of our questions very polite, all of their team was friendly and hardworking., After having some windows replaced in the pass we were hesitant to start our project, but the professionalism and care this company showed was over our expectation, there was some unforeseen as is expected on a old home but not only the adapted but also took the time to make sure our family was always safe and informed.

caveat: I initially hired to replace old fir with hardiplank, out of my ignorance, then was told that the fir was still good. beisa responded with flexibility to alter the scope to make repairs and paint the old fir. however communication between us, them, and the work with the subtractors ultimately caused us to cancel the project after barely beginning. i'm not an exerienced homeowner, so I felt they werent' as proactive at letting me know what kind of things should happen. examples: not fixing a corroding chimney while replacing the roofing; not placing a vapor barrier behind fir plank that needed to be replaced, leaving materials in the yard; not giving explicit timelines until asked midway through phases. this could partially be my issue and ignorance, but we would have probably continue the project if these details were addressed.

I purchased my home Nov 2016 and took on some deferred maintenance according to my inspection report. I hired this company 7/11/17 . The manager Carlos came out and preferred not to look at my inspection report, but wanted to see the work I was requesting. He then gave me a bid and told me that what I was requesting done was all included. Window, flashing, siding, ledge inside house, load bearing pole outside and man door dry rot . They put double flashing on the outside of the house and it looked horrible, they damaged the framework of the man door when replacing the actual dry rot, they broke the rest of the window track off and just put the broken pieces on the ledge that I wanted replaced, the load bearing pole outside fell apart at the trim that they replaced with shoddy materials. My husband questioned this and was told that we needed to fix this ourselves after paying for this. I have had phone calls/texts starting at 6:32 am and if you do not answer their calls they will keep calling over and over. I was requested payment for services that were not complete and then told that according to their records I had only paid a portion when in fact I've paid them for every invoice. I was promised services that were not complete and then they demanded payment when I have not even received an invoice. They broke the rest of the window I had originally requested in the first bid to be repaired and was told by the manager whom gave me the bid "I don't recollect". He then tried to demand more payment from me stating that according to my file I had only paid a portion of the work when in fact I've paid them over $4K. They promise work to be done, but demand payment when the work is not complete. They made more damage to the inside of my house with their glue sticks and in fact the manager stated to me the work was "Unexceptable" caulking. They have done more damage to my house on the inside. I was also promised invoices, report cards of work still needed, etc.
