Befur & After Grooming & Spa

On 2/1/2020 I took my 2 small dogs to be groomed, a black Havanese mix and a white poodle mix. I gave them verbal instruction at the time of booking of how I wanted them groomed. Also, I sent them a picture via text (as instructed by the staff) of how I wanted the black dog to look and they did the exact opposite of what I asked them. The white dog was literally only 30% done And the part they did was wrong. They made me pay for the service AND pay a tip before they retrieved my dogs. The black dog was groomed wrong but the real problem was the white dog. I complained to them at the time I picked them up. They had cut her hair so much shorter than I wanted. You could see her skin and it was uneven. It's still cold out. She was shivering. What hair they did leave was uneven, not brushed and still matted. They offered to cut more hair to correct it. I asked them, 'how will cutting more hair off help if I wanted it longer? You scalped her! What will you do put hair extensions on her? I want a refund for the poodle!'. They said I would have to speak with the manager. I took pictures of the dog in their parking lot that minute and texted them to the number as instructed by their staff . For the next few days I called, left messages and sent texts with pictures of the dog. No one called me back. No one texted me. No refund came. To date no one has responded.
