Will never do business with againPoor customer serviceWe received a broken sign and when I reached out to him to inquire about it and stated we expected to receive a sign in working condition and this one was notHe replied defensively, rude, and condescendingBefore returning the sign, I inquired to make sure we would receive a refund and yet again, rude response, "I don't know of a company that refunds money before the product is returned? I sent a label to you days agoYou will receive a full refund as soon as I receive the sign back."
My company works heavily in customer service and making sure our clients are pleased and happy and would never talk with them as bluntly and rude as this manHis only apology was also disingenuous
We will not use this vendor again
