I traded in my car, yet they have continuously pushed payment of my old auto loan further and further to future.
I traded in my 2013 Hyundai Sonata for a 2016 Hyundai Sonata hybrid on April 16, 2018, yet they have continuously pushed payment of my old auto loan further and further to future. My old auto loan of $8,900 was with Westerra Credit Union and the new one of over $20,000 is with Navy Federal Credit Union. I paid the down payment of $1,500 on April 16th, signed all accompanied paperwork and drive away with this new car. I was told the old loan would be paid off in a matter of days. Now, it is May 10th, 2018 and the loan is still open. Debt collectors from the bank have called me multiple times asking for payment but I have no answer for them. I repeatedly call and text the salesman that sold me the car to no avail. He doesn't return my texts or phone calls and whenever I go to the dealership, he's always away.
