I ordered food from this restaurant using their website which used a third party app. It accepted the order, and it accepted payment, but when I drove up to pick up food, the restaurant looked to be temporarily closed. There were no signs on the door. The only thing I noticed were that the parking signed reserved for pick up of food were inside the restaurant. Not closed due to COVID-19. I did get a refund from the third party, ***. I think they should turn off their online ordering app. I have reached out to them via Facebook messenger making this request as well so other consumers don't experience the same disappointment I did.
