Exceptional customer service. I have high standards for a clean house and customer service. When I met Ashley at my place of business I knew her business would meet my high standards for my move-out cleaning. Not only was she quick to respond to any questions that I had, she was also friendly and informative. Her team did a great job on cleaning my house thoroughly. I was referred to Bee Clean 360 and reached out last week desperate for a clean before company comes to town. My husband was skeptical of hiring cleaners, we had only done it once before our baby cane. He and I were totally wowed by our deep clean service! When I walked around the house, it was beyond expectation. The towels were folded elegantly, the beds are hotel quality tucked, but my favorite was the rearranging of countertop items. It looks so much better the way they have it! They even took our throw pillows out of their bin and arranged them on the bed. We have now signed up for a monthly service.
