We have already address the swim Jet with reouting plumbing we have addressed the staining multiple time even thoug hIn our contract with mister *** that we are not responsible for staining of the plaster as per contract the stains currently in the pool are calcium build up due to incorrect
water conditionsI have seen the mastic around the pool and will repair.The complaint of removing equipment was from non payment and undue enrichment of the pool as it had been plaster and was being used without paying as per contract.I met with Mr *** and his girlfriend at the tile store and they chose an upgraded tile ordered on the spotThey have full use of this pool and have enjoyed it numerous times.I did not harass his girlfriend I have no contract with her
