MS *** This is what I will do for customer satisfaction I will replace the power steering pressure hose that is leaking at no charge Whatever happen it is done she can take it to the Good Year in Hurst [redacted] [redacted] just let me know when she wants to set it up she can call [redacted] at the Hurst location I will let him know Thanks [redacted]
I submitted the paperwork and did everything I could to try to help them locate a tire in Memphis to no avail. I did tell Mrand Mrs*** to bring me the receipt for the tire and I would reimburse themCompany policy is to cover the tire, not the entire purchase of the tire, mount, balance
etc. I however reimbursed them for the entire purchase as shown on receipt attached

The diagnostic of the leak was power steering pump also steering Rack n pinion so she agreed to price we replaced said items also flushed system filled with honda power steering fluid bleed system of air check for leaks this is a pressured system so if it had leaks it would show up then4.11/23/2015 check engine light came on convertor bolt needed re torqued reset light no other issues did not mention anything about a leak 12/28/ Came back in about a lug nut we replaced at no charge also did not mention about a leak 03/21/2016 came in this time with a leak & hard to steer upon doing a diagnostic found power steering hose leaking gave her an estimate of $this is when she came very mad & going off after calming her down I told her that I would split the bill she pay only $i would take care of the rest then this where she got rude calling my self & employees we will just uncalled for names then her boyfriend call & talked to me (*** ***) was extremely rude also threatened to come down and beat my*** then she called back & threaten to get a lawyer So four months later she has a leak totally different part than before she called again few days ago wanting to argue I told I would still honor my deal as I said Ms*** visited our shop twice since we fixed her car never said anything about a leak then on 3/21/four months later it is leaking we have to keep in mind this car is years old I think I have went far beyond what anyone else would do with everything she as done.We will still honor what we told we will take care of half Thank you *** *** ***

The gentleman at the front was beyond disrespectful to me first. He rushed me and grabbed my keys so I couldn't leave. My boyfriend was upset because multiple grow men chose to confront me, what man choose to rush a 5'3 female? I was frightened by the gentleman actions. I never threat the owner I was getting an attorney I was giving him an opportunity to fix the situation or I would have no choice but to take it legally, that's no threat. I also have on a recorded line [redacted] telling me the hose was leaking he thought it wasn't necessary to fix it because it wasn't leaking bad enough. How can he choose to fix what he wants, and then not tell me. And like I told the owner my car was at service king, for a previous accident in September so that's why I waited to bring it back, but I did call the same day letting [redacted] know it was still leaking aND he advise to me get Honda power steering fluid. And why should I have to come out of pocket when they never completed the job. I don't want them to touch my car at all, I don't trust them. They lie too much. I want my refund so I can take it elsewhere.

I am rejecting this response because: I did try to return to the business. I was told they were to busy to take a look at the problem. The bags that the beads were in did bust and the problem was still there the problem was never corrected. I had to go to another business and have the tires removed and all the beads sucked out of the tires. Then re balance tires using lead weights. As I stated I would like a full refund

I am very sorry for the delay. The Service Advisor that had handled this customer is no longer with my company, therefore I have been unable to determine the other side of the story. I do remember discussing this with him before he left, I was informed that the would not return to...
our shop to see if there was anything we could do to help. I was also informed that once the balance beads had been broken open in the tire while driving that there was no further issue. Please let me know what I need to do to help resolve this issue.
