The website has been corrected and she was offered a discount which she declined. I am rejecting this response because for one I have only received a call from a lady by the name of Claire and she told me that someone would get back to me and I have not received any call from that store to this date and second we were told by Julia R[redacted] to bring back...
the receipt so that we were able to get the credit and that is what we did so for them to make false accusations against my family and I is very unprofessional. We have done everything that was asked of us we waited for over an hour for them to look up the receipt, we called our bank to see if they could retrieve the transaction in front of Julia R[redacted] and because they closed the previous account they could not and she was aware of this, we took the receipt up to the store and left it with one of their cashiers along with my name & number on it and was never called so we called Julia back and asked if she had received the receipt and supposedly she had no knowledge of it and said she would get back with us but to this date has never gotten back. We are loyal customers there and to be treated and slander this way is sad. WE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT HAVE ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE THIS SITUATION!

[redacted] frustrations with a store credit. Since the store credit requires a signature from the direct party, it was not mailed to the [redacted] address. It was re-routed to store 315 which is in Daly City, CA. Our Regional Director, Scott S[redacted], offered to send the credit to a store more convenient for her where she would need to present an ID and sign for the merchandise credit. She requested we mail it again without a signature requirement which Bed Bath & Beyond does not feel comfortable for the protection of our customers. If she would like to arrange something, she can reach back out to Scott S[redacted] at [redacted]

We verified it was refunded properly and informed her to contact her bank. We also processed a $50 gift card for the inconvenience. As of today, we consider this complaint closed. I am rejecting this response because:Even though the numbers wete given out this is not a valid excuse. I will continue to attack your company until you make this right. Whoever used the numbers were able to do WITHOUT the cards itself, the barcode OR the pin. I WAS TOLD by a Revdex.com reptesentative that if a customer lost the physical card, they would need to verify by drivers license and/or original receipts
