 There was no specific documentation stating a certified letter was required for cancelling the renewal of the personal trainer contract, after the initial terms were met.  It was stated to me in person, that it wasn't a "big deal" to cancel the renewal, since I was explicit when I signed up, that I was not interested in more than the six months I signed up for.  "Just let us know and we will take care of cancelling the EFT".     I have also included the gym membership contract which is very explicit in how to cancel membership with a certified letter to a PO box, which is not written on the personal training contract.   I didn't sign a personal training contract indicating such a document was required.  This is extremely misleading business practices and the fact that even after I went to the gym to complain about the continuing of an EFT taking out of my credit card, the management waited to get back to me  until another months EFT was deducted.
