We had our home built by this company. We have had several issues where we have had to go back to the Builder. The latest one being the fact that we had to have our entire Master shower redone. The Builder did not put any waterproofing in the shower. Our shower is only 12 years old. We have been told by the tile company that this is sheer negligence. There was Zero waterproofing done. There was extensive black mold which we believe has led to certain health conditions. The Builder will not respond to us at all. We have been told that because there is no warranty on the home the Revdex.com cannot get involved. We felt it was necessary to leave this review to warn other consumers before they choose a builder. This shower rennovation is costing us thousands of dollars and would not have been necessary if the Builder had properly installed and waterproofed the shower. Very stressful situation and totally unacceptable.
