Review: I ordered a complete pair of prescription eyeglasses (frame and progressive lenses). My purchase experience was absolutely wonderful up until I received my glasses. The finish on the frame is coming off. I notified the business, and that is when things went downhill. I have contacted the business many times. Some times I get a response, but most of the time I have not received a response. Initially, I just expected to swap the frames out. After my attempts to contact them were ignored three times, I then just requested a full refund. Since at this point the business is totally non-responsive I have not even reached out to tell them after wearing the glasses (you have to go through an adjustment period to "train" your eyes to use progressive lenses), I still cannot see out of them looking straight ahead (vision is fuzzy unless I walk around with my chin tucked towards my chest). I also did not receive the lens information I requested with my order placement. So, I have three problems total.Desired Settlement: Well, I just wanted to enjoy my new glasses and be able to see. But after the lack of service once I let them know there was a problem, I just expect a pre-paid return shipping label and a full refund. I am very disappointed with the company. I was so excited to deal with them after seeing their Revdex.com rating.

We received an order online for eyeglasses from this customer. We
completed the custom made order and delivered to customer. The customer
notified us that there was a problem with the finish on the frame. We
issued a return merchandise authorization 8-15-13. To date we have not
received the product back from the customer.
Each time we have been contacted by this customer we have responded
contrary to what she maintains. She has received lens information
contrary to what she maintains.
We fill prescription lenses exactly as there are given to us.
We are awaiting return of the frame for replacement. Shipping for
returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer, this is
clearly stated on the web site.
