they were both WeighedWe examine every pet before we vaccinate and prices are quoted accordingly, Her pets received vaccinations and intestinal parasite evaluationsAt my practice I give all vaccinationsI am not sure why customer thought someone else gave vaccineCustomer appeared to be pleased with services until time of check-outCustomer then stated she was over charged and refused to pay full balanceThe policy of the practice is to retain any certificates until the balance is paid in full unless other arrangements are madeI am sorry the customer had an unpleasant experienceIn an attempt to resolve this conflict, I am sending her this letter and also her Rabies certificatealso wrote off the balance that was owed.Thank You*** *** ***
