Beauty Wrinkle Reducer

I didn't realize that an offer to try their cream was signing me up for a monthly delivery for which I was billed.
I am filing this complaint for my Mom who thought that she was getting a trial of a face cream. Without her realizing it, she started receiving deliveries and was charged 99.95 for each of 4 creams. She is 87 years old and by the time she realized what was happening, she tried to contact the company. But their phone was disconnected. We emailed them multiple times at ***@nouvalistinstant.com and never received a response. The credit card company initially issued a credit to her but then refused to credit the account and she has paid for full amount.

This company has claimed to issue a 14 day trial,but I have been charged 90 dollars every 15 days for more creams I have not ordered.
I was sent order number XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX each at 90 dollars and for only a 1oz bottle. I did not consent for these purchases. Every fifteen days, I get billed. They told me I could only cancel online and not through the phone but I only purchased through the phone. It is a scam.
