Review: Mu name is [redacted], I'm the owner of the company "Natural & Organic Spa" & I bought from Beauty Spa Expo, Inc on 8/7/2013 a Mini Lavender Portable Spa with an upgrade motor I paid for the unit in total: $794.95 a part of the unit is broke, I called to the company & spoke with [redacted] about it& sent the pictures of the piece that is broke. He said that I need to contact the manufacture I did that and forward the email & pictures that I sent before to [redacted]. Then the manufacture ask for the serial number of the unit & I couldn't find any kind of serial number, I called back to Beauty Spa Expo, Inc ([redacted]) he couldn't help me with the serial number. Now the manufacture said that they can't give me a full warranty of the unit because they need the serial & I need to pay at least the shipping in order that they can send the replacement. To be honest I don't need to be in this back and forward with any of this companies. I think Beauty Spa Expo, Inc need to contact the manufacture (Gulfstream) and provide the number of the unit or pay for the shipping and give me Customer Service. I can't use the unit due this matter. I feel very aggravated.Desired Settlement: The company Beauty Spa Expo, Inc need to resolve this matter, they need to contact the manufacture not me, because I bought the unit to them. They need to give me customer service.
