Thank you [redacted] for the email and I just wanted to give you an status update on the complaint that was placed on " Beauty Nail " # [redacted] from a [redacted] I had placed an email on 1/25/asking the walk in customer to please contact the salon during business hours to come and pick up her $as she requested and I didn't get a response backI, then placed a call to Ms [redacted] on 1/26/@ 2:45pm where she answered the phone and I explained who I was and from what business and asked her to please come pick up her $as she requestedShe told me she didn't want the $but for me to fix her nail after almost a monthI told her I wouldn't be able to do that and per her request after a month to come pick up her $from " Beauty Nail " during business hoursShe then hung up on me and now she's not answering the phoneI have tried to contact her again and failed on her end after she hang up on mePlease advise on what our salon can do to close this complaint? I was given a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure. The cost of which was $62. The salon owner (wouldn't give his name) said that he just purchased the business and was not given any money by the previous owner for any outstanding gift certificates so he would not honor them. The gift certificate is not expired and it will be expiring at the end of April. The certificate was for $62 that someone has and there was no services given for that money. $5.00 as she requested and I didn't get a response back. I, then placed a call to Ms. [redacted] on 1/26/18 @ 2:45pm where she answered the phone and I explained who I was and from what business and asked her to please come pick up her $5.00 as she requested. She told me she didn't want the $5.00 but for me to fix her nail after almost a month. I told her I wouldn't be able to do that and per her request after a month to come pick up her $5.00 from " Beauty Nail " during normal business hours. She then hung up on me and now she's not answering the phone. I have tried to contact her again and failed on her end after she hang up on me.
