Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] As the business may have seen that the merchandise was a cheaply priced itemMy complaint was not only about the item price that may have possibly be switched but that he made me a part of his security issues and embarrassed me in that store even afteri showed him that the other winter hats were also marked down to $The other oriental sales lady was in that section arranging the merchandise and could have easily see the mispriced item and changed it His outrage was completely unnecessary and I did not come into the store for all of that He was combative with me likei would change the sticker and the security guard retrieved the item for me because it was on display and the last oneOf course I viewed it as bait and switch and I refused to purchase any item from himI explained to him that he is lying to me and walked out shortly afterHis security issues are not my problem, therefore claiming that someone else may have changed the price was irrelevant to meHis employee should have easily seen the errorI have worked in retail before and I don't see how price changing can be over looked by the employeesHe was rude not only to me but someone else that I know and she warned me not to support that business Regards, [redacted]
Most of our winter hat & scarf sets are priced with stickersTherefore sometimes stickers might fall off or be replaced by customers very easily In this case hat and scarf set she want to purchase was $5.99, but no one know how the price was changed to $ We are not saying she switched price stickers, but we have alot of cases where customers change it and bring the merchandise to front and argue about it We apologize for any inconvenience we may caused her, but we want her to know that we never intentionally want to make her upset We have been in same location for more than years and kept good relations with our customersMoreover we never discriminated or disrespected customers In near future we are going to change pricing system, so we dont have these kind of problems Thank You Sincerely, [redacted]
