I returned two items a week ago. I have yet to see my refund in my bank account. It was a bank card (debit card) Beauty Brands is here in ***.
I returned two items a week ago. I have yet to see it in my checking account. I used my debit card to buy. Most places when you use your debit is quickly refunded back to your card. Not Beauty Brands??? Why do they feel they can keep your money as long as they want?? This is not the first time with them returning my money as slowly as they possibly can. Please settle this.
My money returned as quickly as they take it..within a minute, I will settle for a day.
We show returns were settled on *** and ***. Can you provide me with the total dollar for what the return was supposed be? If you have any transaction number from the receipt, that would help us research more in case one of these two returns is not the one you are looking for.
