client notifies us of an incorrect item in the shipment we provide them with a prepaid FedEx Ground return shipping label via e-mailOnce the incorrect item has been received by our processing team they are happy to send the correct item to the client if available in stockIf the item is out of stock, then a refund is issued.As another option, the client is free to place a new order for the item they did not receiveOnce the incorrect item is returned our processing team issues a refund for the standard shipping, if needed, as well as the item
