Over a year ago I needed a full upper denture and a partial one for the lower jaw. After I had the teeth removed that had to be extracted, went to their clinic thesame day to pick up my transition dentures only to find out they didn't make up a partial for the lower jaw, so I had to wait another two weeks or more before they had my partial denture ready. Furthermore, the lower partial was not made right and hurt my gums on a continuos basis.

I was then told that it would be better to wait 8 to 12 months before coming back to allow my gums to properly heal. Recently after over a year no one called me back or ever kept in touch with me. I had to call them back recently to inquire what was going on and they said Oh Yes you should come back in and make sure I had 50% of the original quote before they would proceed.

I might also add that their office administration people are abrupt, bossy and rude.

In closing I just want to say that it cost me $[redacted] for the transitionals and it was going to cost another $[redacted] for the permanent dentures. I got so fed up with them that I told the owner to forget about the permanent dentures as I am going somewhere else.
