Ordered a handbag organizer from BeautiflyCo.com late January. On February 3,2020 I received an email from them saying my order was delayed as they had to change warehouse locations. On February 5,2020 I received a shipping confirmation from ***, when I ordered it said *** was the carrier. It’s now May and my tracking still says processing. I emailed multiple times with no reply from mid February 2020 until early May 2020, I got my first response from a Joanne G stating delays due to Covid 19. I was told a refund was not possible as it had already shipped. Now May 13,2020 I went online to check the tracking status, all of a sudden BeautiflyCo.com no longer exists. Will be calling credit company in the a.m.

This business is a ***. Placed order almost a month ago, emailed them several times to let them know I haven't received my order and have yet to receive a reply. They already charged me and I plan to dispute charge.

Do Not Recommend - ZERO Stars
I placed an order with this company in early February 2020, for a handbag organizer I saw advertised online. Reviews of the company and the product seemed favorable and positive, so I felt confident in ordering with them. I placed my order February 4th and received a shipment confirmation approximately a week later. However, the link did not work nor did it provide any useful or relevant tracking information. I emailed the company two separate times inquiring on the status of my order/shipment and received no response either time. Six weeks later, I still do not have the product, the "tracking" information still does not provide any useful information and I have not been contacted by the company.
I have since filed a dispute of the charges and I would highly recommend that no one purchase from this company. I have recently noticed similar stories being shared by consumers on the companies *** page. Some consumers have indicated that the company deletes comments regularly that pertain to orders that have been charged but never received.
I would not recommend ordering from this company.
