They charged me for $105.98 for an enrollment in beauty care products before the 15 day trial expired. I returned the unused product.
As stated above they charged me and didn't follow their guidelines. I requested a refund and sent a certified letter. I never have heard from them.
I want my $105.98 back.
ordered the 14 day trial and was charged accordingly but we are currently working with the customer to issue a refund and offer 100% satisfaction
Thank you for your follow up. This week I sent another letter to the vendor at an alternate address and received a very informative and quick response from them. There has been very effective communication. They would like copies of my bank's denial of the credit and the recharge on my account before the vendor can issue a refund. I'm hoping this issue can be resolved soon.
