To whom it may concern,I [redacted] did speak with [redacted]. And everything he states is true. However, I nor anyone in the office was notified that this repair was not made until this complaint was filed. I did check with the foreman and he stated he apologizes and it was overlooked...

that day. [redacted] is added back on the list for repair. And it will be completed in the 2015 season as stated to him. I wish [redacted] had called the office and this could have easily been rescheduled. Please note this is a very minor repair. Not jeopardizing the structure of the job.
