This company is a scam, backed by someone named Dr Oz.
I am going to block my account from further charges.
I ordered the "free" trial product, though I did pay some shipping and handling. The product created redness and burning. When a friend saw my face, she said throw it away. I did, since it was "free."
I then hunted for a phone number to call and found a website
http://www.trybeauderma.com/ which wanted me to pay $38.71 to cancel. So I called the number 1-888-510-9185 and it was clearly a large call center because there was so much background noise I could barely understand what the person was saying. I finally worked out that I would have to pay $14.71 or ship the container back and pay for postage. There was no way to ship the container back, as I has thrown it away.
They gave me an address of
3760 W. McFadden Ave Suite B602 Santa Ana, CA 92704.
I told them I would pay the $14.71 since I do not trust them to actually confirm that they received my shipment, but then they said that since they gave me the RMA and shipment address they could no longer offer this.
I repeatedly asked for a supervisor, and was told that there are no supervisors available. I was on this call for about 25 minutes and never received a satisfactory resolution.
Finally a woman named [redacted] came on the line with employee number [redacted]. She sounded exactly like the first woman, but I dutifully took her employee number. She agreed to the $14.71 charge - which I still think it a scam.
Review: I responded to an ad for a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee product. A week after I received the product I called the company to cancel further orders and make arrangements to return the "free sample". When I checked my bank account the company had charged me $89.95. I called their customer service and was told my 30 day risk free product would cost me $89.95. I have contacted my bank and they are investigating but I feel this company is scamming senior citizens like myself.
Thank you.

I ordered - 30 day no risk, money back guarantee product from Beau Derma. I tried the product, did not like it and called customer service 7 days after I received the product to cancel the auto delivery and receive an RA number to return the product. By that time my bank account showed they had already charged me $89.95. Customer service told me the auto delivery had already been scheduled although I DID NOT have the product for the 30 day trial. I said I would promptly return the auto delivery and return the sample which I did. I never received the auto delivery. All I got from their customer service was the runaround. So, I have paid $89.95 for absolutely NOTHING. That's quite a chunk out of my social security. How can they charge mr $89.95 for nothing? Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Review: I ordered TRIAL SAMPLES from the company and agreed to pay for S&H. I did not authorize any further purchases. The company then placed a charge of $89.95 on my credit card account. On contact they stated that I had agreed to continue an ongoing delivery of the product. This is false. They then stated that they had sent me an email to define the information, No email was sent to me to cancel any further delivery.

Hello,
Review: In 12/2014, I responded to an ad on the internet indicating the product would be sent to me for the cost of shipping and handling ($4.95). I did not know that taking advantage of this offer required accepting an automatic monthly shipment of the product with monthly charges. When I received by credit card statement in 02/2015,, it indicated a charge of $89.95 was made in 01/2015. I called the credit card company about the unauthorized charge, the customer service rep provided additional information that led me to call the company, Beau Derma, directly. After several minutes of conversation, the Beau Derma rep finally said they would refund the total $89.95 if I returned the product that was sent initially. Since the package had not been opened, returning it was not an issue. I asked the rep to cancel my Beau Derma account so that no future charges could be made. The rep provided information I needed to return the product and the call was ended. I thought the situation had been rectified. However, several days later more of the product was delivered at which time I marked the package "declined delivery, return to sender". When I checked my next credit card statement, there was a refund of $89.95 but there were also new charges of $94.90 for the 02/2015 shipment of the product. To give Beau Derma ample time to receive the returned merchandise and credit my charge card, I waited hoping I would not have to contact the company again. Unfortunately, I waited in vein. When I called on 04/06/2015, I was told by the Beau Derma rep that I was refunded for the 02/2015 order (which I did not know about when the first complaint call was made, because the 02/2015 auto order had not arrived) and not the earlier charges in 01/2015. According to the rep, there would be not refund of the earlier charges. So now, I have no product and they have $94.90 of my money.

HelloWe are in receipt of you complaint on behalf of the customer.
We understand the customer frustrations and have responded to the complaint by
providing a full refund of $89.95 on 2/13/2015 and an additional $4.95 on 4/14/15 totaling $ 94.90. Please allow up to 10
business days for the credit to show from the refunded date. Also, please
be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would
be charged for the full 30 days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel
before the 14 days was over. The system does not and will not allow the client
to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he
acknowledges the terms and condition of the product. The customer is
automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask
to cancel the product. After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of
the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus
shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from
the customer service department to return the product and they will then
receive a refund. Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled
and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated
in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check
out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial
is over. If the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged
for the trial product and be subscribed onto our monthly subscription. Sincerely, Beau Derma

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I was not aware of the automatic monthly charges and shipments or the time frame for cancellation. I would have never ordered the product if I had been aware of the conditions for accepting the offer. I will not be satisfied until I have a full refund. I can not afford to simply give this company money for nothing. I do not have their product and they still have $94.90 of my money. This is not over.

Hello,
Review: I (foolishly) responded to an online offer for this skin care product by accepting a 14-day free trial, read the fine print and no where was the actual mo. charge for this product listed. I rec'd. the 1st shipment with no info at all re. auto-charge or amount, so I waited for the next shipment which came with no invoice and no indication at all again of what the charge was. I mysteriously rec. an e-mail from this company cancelling my account and claiming to cancel all on-going and future charges. I had not initiated this since I still did not know the amt. being charged. Later I rec. my bank statement and saw the charge was a total of $94.90 which had I known the charge ahead of time I would never have agreed to. I phoned their customer service rep. and was told that yes, indeed, my account had been cancelled and this $94.90 had already been credited back to me and would show up on my next bank statement. So I phoned my bank's customer service and learned that no amount was shown as being credited back to this date. I requested the option to file a Dispute Claim requesting a full, 100%, credit due to deceptive advertising. This claim is still pending. Beau Derma along with [redacted] both are SCAMS because full refunds are not given so they make off with 50% or more in spite of requests for full refunds. I want this SCAM stopped and bring awareness to future customers. Therefore, I'm seek assistance from Revdex.com to intercede in obtaining a full credit/refund from Beau Derma as well as a previous claim with Revdex.com in which I requested a 100% credit/refund from [redacted].Desired Settlement: I request a 100%, full refund/credit in the amount of $94.90 back to my credit card.

Review: I ordered a trial size to be billed shipping and handling only, and have been entered into a subsription service. Canceling the subscription costs $38 and if no action is taken, I am to be charged $89. This was not disclosed at time of sale or at any time until I researched online as no instructions for the product were provided in the package when shipped. I ordered 2 products and have only received one, yet I was charged for both.Desired Settlement: I want the subscription cancelled at no fee and a credit for the products ordered due to the improper nature of the advertising, subscription and billing charges which were not authorized.
Review: as of 1-6-15 I cancelled this Co. they sent me a sample, and I had 14 days to cancel or they would charge me $89.98 for something I did not order, I called them and asked for them to return my 89.98 to my account, they said that I ordered this the 23 of Dec. so I said you didn't count the Holidays they said no. I can not have money taken out of my account without my authorization, this puts me in the hole with the bank. I am on a fixed income and did not want or order this product. the # they game me is as follows: [redacted]Desired Settlement: a refund of the $89,98 none less.

Review: There were a number of irregularities with the online advertising of BeauDerma and RevitaEye, located in Santa Ana, CA. On July 4 I responded to an ad for a 14-day trial of these products at cost of $3.97 and 5.95 respectively. My credit card showed charges of $4.95 and 5.95 on July 4. I received a packet on July 10 with two tiny vials. There were no ingredients listed and no instructions for use. Instead there was a brochure that said: "30 Day Risk-Free Money-Back guarantee." On July 19 [a Saturday] I received my bill with charges of $85.95 and $89.95!! I was outraged. Nowhere in the online ad did I see anything for that amount and had I seen it, I would never have ordered the products as I have never paid that much for any skin creams. I called on Monday the 21st and they claimed I was over my 14day trial period. But I had not had the product for 14 days. In addition, the tiny vial does not look anything like the larger jar featured in the brochure and there was not enough of the product to last 14 days let alone 30!! . I am happy to provide photos to show the difference. They offered a 15% refund - a pittance. I called my bank to put in a complaint... several weeks later they said since I had ordered it, there was nothing they could do. I do not want to pay for these products. This is a total scam.Desired Settlement: I want full refund and a check on their terrible advertising. Besides which the products in the short time I used them did absolutely nothing. I had only enough for maybe 6-7 days...in the tiny vial I received. When I go farther on this form I am able to enter only one amount but I want refunds for both. Thank you. [redacted]
Review: I decided to try both the eye cream and the Beau Derma [redacted]. It was advertised as a trial. I paid combined approximately $10 shipping. Nowhere did I read that I was joining a subscription. When I got the samples that Beau Derma is now saying are full size products the paper inside said I joined a subscription but I could cancel it if I call their CS#. Which I did. The rudest CS person ever told me that I would have to pay to return the bottles. I told him I'd already paid enough and I wasn't going to pay to return them. Then he told me that they would bill me the $100 that the product was worth. That's just the face serum, not even the eye cream. I asked for a manager and was told he didn't have one. I have nowhere to go with this and hope you can help me. In order to cancel this so called subscription I have to allow them to charge my credit card approx. $40 for the face serum alone.Desired Settlement: Just treat it as a trial. Let me finish the trial product. If I like it I will order more, if not then I won't. A trial is a trial. This company is definitely falsely advertising.

Review: I read an advertisement on FaceBook for this company's product, BeauDerma anti wrinkle cream. They offered a trial sample for 'only' a $4.95 shipping and handling fee. On 8/29/14, the $4.95 was debited from my account. Approximately 7 days later I received the trial sample and used it that night. The product smelled SO bad, I immediately washed it off and threw away the product, thinking "waste of $5!" On 9/11/14 I was looking at the brochure that had come with the product and thought that I better call and make sure they are not going to send me any more of that. I called and received a cancellation number(867438). On 9/12/14 I noted that $89.95 had been debited from my account by this company. I figured that they had just not received the cancellation order and I would give it a few days to make it's way through whatever channels, fully expecting that they would refund the money.
On 9/26/14 I had still not received a refund, OR any further shipments of their product. (My other thought had been that they had sent another shipment, which I would return). I called the company to ask about my refund, and was told by customer service that there was no refund pending, because I had not returned the product. Keep in mind, the ONLY thing I received was what they had called the "free trial" for which I paid shipping and handling. I told the CS person that this was not satisfactory and that I would be contacting the Revdex.com, she put me on hold then came back offering a 15% refund. This went on several times, each time I invoked the Revdex.com she would come back on line offering slightly more, up to 50%. I reiterated that this was still not satisfactory, because there was no reason for me to pay 50% of $89.95 for nothing! She then stated that, "well, you did not cancel within the 14 day period outlined in the 'small print'". I pointed out that I had, (8/29-9/11/14). I did ask several times to speak to a supervisor, which was not allowed.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund of $89.95

Hello,
Stupidly ordered Beau Derma and Revita Eye stating 30 day full refund, only had to pay $4.95 and $5.95 shipping/handling. Before 10 days were up I had gotten charged for the shipping/handling, and before 14 days were up I was charged, quite unexpectedly, $85.95 and $89.95. Both companies out of same building, both in on scam. Talked with someone, I believe, same person twice and they told me they would give me 15%, then 30% then 50% back. I shouldn't have to accept anything other than 100% back and I am furious. I want to tell everyone - BEWARE!!!
Review: d postage for a "free" sample of RevitaEye. I--and many others, as I see from the internet complaints--did not see the tiny, pale gray print at the end of large, bold black and color print that said unless I would call to cancel within 14 days, they would charge me $85.95. I did not see that tiny pale print, and did not call. It was only when I got my credit card statement that I knew of the charges. I called to complain, but the only number that is provided is one in which a person can cancel. I did talk to a customer service rep who was very condescending. When I asked to talk to a manger he said he was the manager. He did offer me a refund of 35% refund. When I told him I was going to contact the Revdex.com and put it out on social media he said he wouldn't give me the refund if I bad mouthed the company. So I asked him if the 35% refund was a bribe. I did cancel before a second shipment could be sent. I see from other peoples complaints that the unused portion has to be sent back. When I talked to them yesterday they didn't mention this to me. I also do not have a return address to ship the product to. Anyway, I am writing to complain of that tiny, pale gray print that many people have not seen. It is in deliberate contrast to the large, bold, very dark or very colorful print. It takes up such a tiny space at the very end of the lengthy ad that one does not even notice it's there. That is deceptive advertising. This company is just scamming people. I also see how for the same product they charge different prices and also will offer different amounts of a refundDesired Settlement: I want a full 100% refund of the 89.95 not the 35% refund they offered me.
Review: Let me begin by saying the product doesn't work. I am surprised that [redacted] would recommend it since the company is obviously a scam. You do need to read the fine print. I received what I believed was a sample although they said it was a month's treatment. Although I paid for the sample, I was charged $89.95 for the product because I didn't cancel on time. This is my fault for not reading the add carefully enough. However, I have now been charged 3 times and have yet to receive anything but the sample. If you order both the eye cream and the beau derma you need to cancel both accounts even though it is the same company. This type of scam will certainly affect on-line retailers. I will be hesitant to order anything on-line after this experience. I do plan to contact the Revdex.com as well as an attorney.Desired Settlement: This company needs to advertise appropriately and not take advantage of the public.

Hello,
Review: On December 9th I used my Debit Card to buy ($4.95) a 14 Day trial size bottle from Beau Derma. I haven't opened or used the trial size bottle. On December 23, 2014 Beau Derma already charged my Debit card for $89.95 for a 30 day supply. I did not authorize this charge and DO NOT want this product.
I tried to have the $89.95 charge returned from my bank but was unsuccessful. I emailed the company for a refund - received a reply back with no information or intent of refunding my money.
On the email they list a number 888-510-9185 but all it does is tell me I am canceled and will not receive any future shipments.Desired Settlement: I would like my $89.95 refund - I haven't received any product yet but will gladly mail it back. They could even have the 14 day trial size back.

Hello,
Review: This business advertises that you will receive a free 14 day supply of a skin cream (they start counting from the date you place the order and not from the date the package is actually delivered to you, which can vary depending on customer location) and you will only be charged for S&H but in reality, they send you a month supply and expect you to pay an exorbitant price for the remaining cream after the 14 days. Their "risk free" trial was neither safe nor free. I am very upset by their deceptive practices that lead innocent customers to believe that the only cost for their risk free trial is the shipping cost. If company wants customers to make their decision about purchase within 14-day period, then it should give these full 14 days from the time a person receives the parcel. The product leaves a facility within 2 work days and then it takes few days to be delivered. So, the customer doesn't have those promised 14 days for try out. I ordered Beau Derma trial on 1/10/15. It was delivered on 1/15/15, and my account was charged $89.95 on 1/23/15 (8 days after receiving the product). So I had 8 days to try it instead of "promised" 14. My account was overdrawn. I called customer service to cancel any future charges and get a refund of the aforementioned $89.95 and I was offered 15% courtesy refund right away, and then 50%. When I insisted that I wanted full refund of my money I was given a RAN to send back the trial, for which I will need to pay shipping. I told the CS Rep that it was a rip off, but she said it was the only way.Desired Settlement: Full refund of my $89.95

Hello,
Review: I ordered a free sample of Beau Derma and Revita eye on the internet. I didn't understand that it was a subscription so I decided to cancel the order online. It instructed me to send the products back by Sept. 21, which I did and got a tracking number. They received the products a week before the time stated. When I looked at my credit card bill there was a charge for $89.95 for these products. So I called the company and they said that the Beau Derma and the Revita Eye are two different companies and I only cancelled the Revita Eye so I was responsible for the charge. The products came with one flyer with both products on the flyer plus the same address for both products. Since they came together I sent them back together. I threw enough of a fit that they said they would credit my charge by $44.97 which still leaves me $44.98 to pay for nothing!I would say that they have very unethical business practices.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I believe I should have a full refund on these products.

I made several attempts to contact them by phone to cancel an further orders after receiving the trisl order and was unsuccessful.Desired Settlement: I would like my $89.95 returned.
