AWFUL!!!! Took on a job they cant do and got half paid and left. I still have a half done job that is wrong. Been 3 months and I have contacted them several times. Owner even had another contractor to come try to quote and fix the job. Suppose to take 3 days and here we are 3-4 months later and Christmas and I still cant use my patio. Very pissed and disgusted with the work quality. I want it redone the right way. Also filing with the state license board and small claims.
We signed a construction contract with Beastmode on 8/29/19 for a garage remodel with a completion date of 9/30/19 with a down payment of 4700.00. During that months time very little works was completed, maybe a total of 8 hours of work. Since the first completion date was missed I was nice enough to modify the contract to state the completion date is now 10/27/19 and there will be a $100.00 per day fine for every day past that date and it was signed by the owner. As of today's date they still have not done any work except to remove a window in my kitchen and leave a big whole tarped up. I now have a sloping ceiling, water pipe leak, missing window and doors. My dream remodel has turned into a nightmare. They keep calling me telling me excuses or saying that they will be coming out but then they never show. They are now just avoiding me completely.
We are currently working with *** to resolve this issue a mediation agreement is in process many things took place at the time but will 100% BE RESOLVED im the general contractor and owner and sadly wasnt aware of what went on trusting I had competent employees. Since then I have let those employees go and hope that the Mann family and myself an resolve this issue they are good people and deserve the project to be done to there liking. I Sincerely apologize. And will be working closely with *** to resolve this.
