Beasley's Heating & Air Inc Reviews (1)

I checked yes because I have [redacted] and my husband is battling [redacted]. We needed our Air conditioning worked on called this company. They told us they would get to us when they could get to us. Well we where fine with that as we understand they where busy.3 days later they called and said they would be here on Monday well called and said they could not get here said they would come on Tuesday and a gentleman in back ground said suppost to be cold so tell them it will be dinner (12 noon)when they could get here; well got here at 2 P.. and we had to leave [redacted] patience here to wait on them I had to go to the doctor. They would not charge for coming out or put part of the coolent in the AC unit. needless to say they never called back or came back to check on their work. We did hear through the grape vine that he did not want to be bothered to put a new coral unit in at would be to much trouble and effort. I really think this is very bad business practice in anyone business. I really don't want any one who suffers from [redacted] or [redacted].No one need to suffer in the heat.we are thankful a friend giving the name of another person... please really think about it before you try to hire this company.Beasley Heating and AC we will not be recommending this company and they are suppost to be Christians .We try to only deal and use Christian companys.Desired Settlementand apology would be great and no bill since they did not do anythingBusiness Response As a Christian company, Beasley's Heating and Air sincerely apologizes for any misunderstanding and miscommunication you had with our service technician. As a heating and air business our busiest time of the year are the winter and spring/summer months. As a small family owned and operated business we strive to get to all of our service calls in a timely manner, however, there are just not enough hours in the day to get to 50+ service calls/customer with only two service technician. We always stress to our customers when they call that our service technician will try to get to them as quickly as they can. I spoke with the service technician who went out to the customer's residents which also happen to be the owner of our company. The technician stated that the customer called because her A/C was out; however, the next couple of days following the weather dropped to 55 degrees for highs and 30 degrees for lows, anyone in the heating and air business know that you cannot properly diagnose a system for A/C with the outside temperature being so cold. At that time the service technician spoke with the customer's husband and told him how he would contact them and come back when it warmed up outside were he could properly check and diagnose their system and that their A/C issue was not serious for the weather conditions at that time, and the customer's husband agreed. However, the weather for the past couple of days has been cool throughout the week and warm on the weekends. In regards to the allegations that we never called back and never check on our work, the customers system is pretty much a brand new system and any parts replaced would have been covered under a warranty, however, our service technician did not need to replace a parts at that time and the system was not frozen when he left, so therefore there was no need for the service technician to call back or go back to the job site until the weather warmed up, as previously agreed to by the customer. If the unit, for whatever reason, froze up again later then the customer should have contacted our company to make the service technician aware of the issue. For the allegations that the customer "heard through the grape vine that we did not want to be bothered with putting a new coil in her system and it would be too much trouble and effort" is completely 100% false and whom ever told her that, flat out lied. The service technician did not even get a chance to properly diagnose the system to know that it even needed a coil because of the temperatures outside. As for the customer bringing up our company's religious belief in this ridiculous complaint, "Judge not, that you not be judged" Matthew 7:1 which in point means don't assume you know all the facts after only hearing one side of the story. Beasley's Heating and Air, Inc. is greatly sorry for this misunderstanding, so with Titus 3:2 in mind "To speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle, and to show perfect courtesy toward all people." God Bless!
