Bears Backhoe & Dozer

Do not use Bears Backhoe and Dozer out of Newman Lake Washington. After only 2 1/2 years I had my sewer back up into my home. When we could not find the "Cleanout" I called [redacted] to let him know I had a problem. He did not even bother to respond until Labor and Industries got involved some 10 days later. I hired a new contractor and we found at least 4 major errors on Bears Backhoes part. I have photos and documentation for the 4 screw ups on his part. 1) a huge rock weighing at least 200 lbs ws sitting directly on top of the pipe. 2) the pipe was not bedded which caused the line to sink when hole was back filled 3) there vwas NO BACKFILL SAND which should have been used because of the major amount of river rock in this area 4) pipe was graded more than 1/4" of an inch. Bears Backhoe is the worst of the worst. [redacted] should be ashamed of himself. This is plain shoddy work and he got paid for it. He did not even finish the job himself. He had a friend finish it 5 months later. Please use this review as a learning experience. I got stung by a sg who would not own up to his mistakes. Please do not make the same error I made.......the choice of Bears Backhoe. After all of this I had to have germicide throughout my basement. New bathroom floor and carpet as well as having my entire upstairs rug cleaned. When you walk in RAW SEWAGE it is not good. Courtesy of Bears Backhoe and [redacted].
