Greetings Bradley, It is from my understanding that a complaint has been filed against anytime fitness that we have duped a member into a singing an agreement, she was rushed and didn't understand what she was signingAttached you will find her agreement filled out in full with Anytime FitnessIt is during this process that we sit down with the client, they fill out the top portion with basic information, and then we go into the membership term processIt is here where we pull out our binder and specifically explain and show on paper our two options of memberships to all our clientsThey have of options for signing up, they can either sign up for a month agreement, or a month agreementIn no way do we sell this as a month to month agreementReason being it gets explained below, they have the option to initial the "month-to-month" renewal optionIt is here then where we explain that following your "year, or year term" you have the option to go month-to-month and get locked in at the current rate at which he or she will be payingOther than that option, there is no other time that we mention anything about month to month optionsWhen the options are presented for memberships to our clients, it's specifically asked if they are interested in the month option, or the month optionWe sell all our memberships as a year or year option When Jaclyn came in and requested to cancel, her account was looked up and it was seen that she is still currently in agreementShe was prompted that we have a no cancellation policy while in agreementIt was shortly after that conversation, that a complaint was made with the Revdex.comShe is merely just trying to use this as an option to get out of an agreement that she previously signed with Anytime FitnessBefore any client leaves our facility with a membership, he or she fully knows whether they signed up for a month agreement or a month agreementI just want to thank you for your time Bradley, I hope this clears things upIf you have any questions, feel free to reach back outHave a great day
