Bear Creek Family Dentistry

I went to the N. Arlington location 11/1/19 for Xrays & teeth cleaning, my first appointment. I was told I needed fillers to 8 teeth, to prevent cavities.
Not knowing, I provided a secondary insurance as primary, leaving me a balance that could be paid in two installments of $126, that was offered by Mable because she knew I was on a fixed income(Retired)and couldn’t afford services.
I paid first installment using Visa Bank Card that day, then I had services preformed by Dr. ***, the doctor drilled too deep on first bottom molar left, causing me to jump as if she hit a nerve! After services rendered, tooth pain persisted when flossing and chewing on that side. The next day I called Mable to address concerns and had a follow up appt. with another Doctor, Dr. ***(***’s husband) he filed down filling and said if that doesn’t work, he’d take filling out and refill. That’s what it came to because pain was still sensitive to chew and floss of that molar, even after refilling tooth, pain isn’t as bad, but it’s still there.
In between tooth repair, I provided primary Insurance to Mable for processing, they were already paid by secondary insurer 11/15/19, and Primary Insurer paid remainder services 12/15/19.
I was in touch with Mable for my refund of $126 back to Visa card, she delayed with excuses, and was Rude and Unprofessional.
I recently escalated problem (1/29/20) to Justin Chacon @ executive offices, hoping he’d resolve this issue, but I received continued excuses and delay of refund.
Now filling Complaints with The Revdex.com, VISA, WebMd and both Insurers, 3 Months later.
I was patient long enough, in trying to resolve this matter.
