Bean And KK Moonwalks

This company dropped off an inflatable water slide over an hour late and then proceeded to clean it from the previous place it was at. After the late arrival and the cleaning that proceeded, we lost about 2 hours of slide time. My children literally sat there and watched this one person clean the slide while the rest of her "crew" sat in their truck out front. On more than one occasion, Alex promised the slide would be dropped off the night before and picked up the day after. However, it arrived late and is still sitting in my backyard destroying my grass. It has now been 5 nights. The only response I get is "someone will be there asap". No one has come.. it still sits, killing my grass and creating some kind of horrid smell. Alex told my husband before leaving on Saturday that she knew these slides kill the grass and we shouldn't leave it on too long. She offered to leave the slide longer to make up for being so late, I declined because A)I didn't want it to kill my grass and B) My children would not be home to use it after Monday. But here it still sits.
