Beach and Dog

I purchased a bicycle dog basket in Medium called '*** Front Mount Bike Basket' and liner The item arrived very quickly over the weekend and its fine except that the size is too big and tips my bike (not handy if there's a dog in the basket) I called this past Monday, October 29th, several times and received no call back and neither todayI want to exchange this item for another smaller size and work out the difference in payment either by adding another linerI was willing to return the basket at my own costNothingI've heard nothing and they have a month time limit on the return
