I ordered the [redacted] It! teacher manual and it does not include any rubrics for grading like their other products. It is an incomplete product. I called an spoke with [redacted] in customer service on two occassions. She was unable to assist me and said she left messages (twice) with a person who could assist me. I have not ever received a call back from anybody at [redacted] after two tries with their customer service rep.
