BDS Truck Repair

BDS diesel failed to repair my truck and tore it apart and will not let us have our truck back. Half of the motor is missing and many parts are gone
on approx. August of 2016 we brought our 2009 box truck to BDS Repair to have the motor fixed. When we brought the truck to them we were told by *** an employee that it would take a couple months to repair. We were also given the quote of $3500 for the engine repair. As months went by we called several times and were told parts were on back order and they needed more time to fix the truck. After about a year and half of excuses we decided to visit the repair shop to see what is going on. When we arrived we found our truck in the back of their repair lot with the cab open and the engine exposed to rain and other weather. The motor was tore apart and completed rusted through. When we asked *** and the owner *** what was going on they told us they had another motor in the shop to put in it and they promised us they would have the truck fixed in a couple more months. this was February of 2018. Well 6 more months went by and they done nothing to the truck finally we decided to get another company to fix the truck and when we sent a tow truck over to get our truck they refused to let us have it. In total we paid over 4 tow bills and each time they refused to give us the truck. They even went as far to hide and box the truck in their back lot to keep us from getting it. Finally we filed a police report with the Sullivan county tn police dept. just to have evidence on record of what they were doing. Lastly we paid almost $500 to a local attorney who sent them a letter in which, they didn't respond to. In conclusion BDS repair is demanding $4000(which is nothing more than a made up price now they want) before they will release our truck to us. However they have done nothing to the truck but tear it apart. There is not even half of a motor left on this truck. Many parts are missing and they have no explanation for anything. Keep in mind this was a $75,000 box truck at the time it was delivered to them. All we did was call them and got an estimated price from them of $3500 for a complete engine rebuild and delivered them the truck.

I had my truck towed to there repair shop they changed me $1872.40 for injectors 525.09 fuel pump $439.45 to remove & replace $18.70 fuel injectors removal and replace $10.00 hazardous materials total bill $3,158.01 invoice number XXXXX date 06/26/2018 My truck broke down 10/27/2018 called the company that worked on the truck email the company got no reply back had a shop where broke down at find problems code po266 cylinder 2 po275 cylinder 5 the company that worked on my truck would not get back to me had a shop hear take apart was told that the parts where not what I paid for said what was put in only cost $700.00 and remained and wasn't tightened to right specks and all kinds bolts were rounded off was supposed to have two years part and labor warranty shop here tell me the injectors they put in in Tennessee only have 30 day warranty being remain parts
