Over 2 weeks ago I dropped my side by side off for new tires and service work. The tires never came in and he is avoiding to pay me the 915$ he owes.
Over 2 weeks ago I dropped my side by side off for new tires and service. After getting the run around about the tires for 2 weeks I finally went and picked my buggy up. He is now avoiding me. He says he is going to pay me the 915$ back but now will not text back or give any info of the money coming back. His employees advised me they would call me from there personal cell phone so I could show up and surprise him without him leaving.
I'm asking for my 915$ back.

On March 13, 2020 at 1:19 PM; BDSmotorsports paid $916 to *** through Paypal. BDSmotorsports is fully cooperative in the matter and would be happy to send all transaction details involving the complaint.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
After having to pay penalties on pay pal I only received 880$ back into my account. I was also advised by Mr. that I needed to *** xxxxxxxxxx over my 915$ and that I was "xxxx lucky he was even giving me money back". I don't feel I should have to pay for penalties on pay pal because of BDS motorsports issue. I feel they should pay those charges. I also feel he is VERY unprofessional in talking to any client who is calling over money he is owed in that manner.
