As a 20-year member of AAA, I'm pleased that my complaint about damage done to our vehicle was resolved in a fair & reasonable way. I wish both parties had been able to achieve this resolution in a quicker, easier fashion. My phone calls over a two-month period led to repeated denials of my complaint. Filing my complaint via Revdex.com enabled me to get in contact with a person who had the authority to provide the resolution I desired. Thanks to AAA for working with me on the resolution, and thanks to Revdex.com for providing a way for issues like mine to be addressed

3/31/16 -- Spoke with the business, Cincinnati AAA, by phone. They confirmed Mr. [redacted]'s account with them. Apparently they have a duplicate account for this consumer, one account under the name of [redacted] and a second account under the name of [redacted]. Business also...
informed our office that they do not offer Senior Safe Driving School in Ohio or Kentucky. They do not have anything to offer that would assist the consumer in reducing their auto insurance.

First let me apologize for the difficulties and frustrations [redacted] experienced during his recent road service request. It certainly is not our intent to have our members experience long delays and lack of service with our call center staff. The delays were excessive given the date...
and time the service event was initiated, far exceeding our normal 30 minute response time.Our member relations department has reached out to [redacted] leaving several telephon messages apologizing for our performance. They will continue to reach out until they talk with him in person. A refund of half his membership dues will be provide [redacted] as a good will gesture and recognition of AAA's short comings. This refund should amount to $82.50 and will be generated and sent out this Thursday. Again, I sincerely apologize for the frustrations [redacted] experienced due to AAA's lack of performance. The appropriate managers will be following up with the individuals involved to ensure their skills are improved and this type of incident will not happen in the future.ThanksGary

Ms. [redacted] is absolutely correct in that her tow of 12 miles should have been covered by her membership with no out of pocket expense on her behalf. AAA Plus Membership covers her for a tow of up to 100 miles from the point of breakdown. This driver was in error when demanding money from...
Ms. [redacted]. We are following up with the owner of [redacted] to address this issue concerning the driver's behavior and actions.
AAA apologizes for the inconvenience that Ms. [redacted] experienced. We are sincerely sorry that her road service request was handled incorrectly.
I have requested that our member relations department issue a check in the amount of $30.00 and mailed to the address listed on this complaint. They should have done that initially and not offered the renewal certificate. The check should be in the mail today or tomorrow. If Ms. [redacted] doesn't receive it by next week please have her contact me directly at my telephone ###-###-####.
Again, AAA apologizes for the inconvenience and the way this service request was handled. Ms. [redacted] has been a member of AAA for more than 10 years and we greatly appreciate her loyalty to our Club.

[redacted] ---Yes, reopen the complaint. Until I get back home to my tablet or home computer, I'm trying to view emails on my phone screen, which is much smaller, and has a tendency to pick up the wrong icons and scrolling. I can't see everything I need to view. I have heard nothing from AAA and they refuse to honor their mistake. I'm still looking for a full refund of the air ticket price. I will make things right with my mother who bought the ticket in question.
