Total pathetic service from the Owner. He has no customer service skills, doesn't give a ***. Installed the most costly parts without informing the cost first and then it was the poor installation which made the parts faulty after just a few months.
In addition, if you buy the second-hand tires from him, within a couple of months if you go again he will always upsell/resell the tires mentioning they are not good. In fact, he is the one who sold the same tires in the first place only a couple of months ago. I would stay away from him as he will never admit/acknowledge the lack of service or any fault of there at all. Will keep charging for fixing their own poor installations.

Bought two new snow tires for two wheel drive truck, Lt245/70/r17. Brand new not installed on truck $582.40 My mechanic told me I might have trouble with abs, wrong size tires. I should have had 265/65r/17 so tires would match. Toke new tires back to exchange them for right size. The owner of BC Tires told me it was in my imagination and would not exchange tires for right size. Called *** the maker of the tires and they would not help me.
