Scott and his partner are very professional. They arrived on time and worked consistently every day. They were well mannered and polite.
They started out by covering the floors so that dirt etc. Would not track through the house, they cleaned the workspace every day, this minimized any carry over.
The work was done efficiently and with no interruptions to us. Two days and we had our step in tub. We love our tub.
Scott was very creative with the entrance into the bathroom, it was too narrow for my wheelchair. Scott removed the door and replaced it with a wider entrance and a ‘barn door’. It looks terrific. Love the total outcome!
We would not hesitate to recommend this company for profession work and a job well done!

With a hip replacement and complications my *** husband needed to replace our tub/shower with a walk-in shower immediately. BC Senior Safety came to our rescue and began work on Jan 2nd. 4 days later we had a beautiful tiled shower. We live in a high-rise and Scott and his assistant Asgar were careful to follow the Strata rules regarding noise and elevator use.
We are very pleased with the work and high quality materials and accessories. We have recommended this company to our friends.

Scott installed a Walk in Tub in our small bathroom. It was a real challenge as the manuevering space was tight. He had to remove the toilet, and counter in order to fit it in. We were amazed that he & his assistant left no marks, scratches or damage. Everything was replaced with care. Would never have thought he was there. Also he & his electrician had to manuever the electrical wires with precision through several walls. This was also completed with little disruption or renovation. There was a small leak coming from one of the faucets, that he repaired in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the professionalism and care Scott & his assistants exhibited. They demonstrated thorough thought and care to our home. And he is very knowlegeable!! Thoughtfulness was also exhibited to the clean up operation during and at completion of the project. Would we recommend him and his team? ABSOLUTELY. He is fair in his pricing (saved us alot compared to other companies), experienced and very knowlegeable. We are thankful to have hired him.

We are seniors and needed a walk in shower. We decided on BC Senior Safety Services. There are few words to describe the excellent work that was done. Attention to detail was the best, all decisions to be made were run by us for comment. All work was started and finished without a break in between, there was no overrun. There was no cleanup mess. Even though a few extras or changes were made, the bill was the same as the quote. five star is our opinion. Thanks Scott

We recently had a bathroom reno done so my mother could shower on her own instead of with the help of a care worker. Her bathtub enclosure was replaced by a beautiful tiled walk-in shower, which included 2 grab bars. Also a higher vanity and toilet were installed. She is absolutely thrilled with the results. Scott & Asgar always showed up when they said they would & worked hard to do the work in a week. Scott exceeded our expectations & we would not hesitate to recommend BC Senior Safety Services.

Recently had A Senior friendly shower Installed by Scott and Company ,I was very happy with their professional services. I have many health issues and he Helped me through the process of addressing them all.
Scott works to a very high ethical standard. He is always on time and delivers what he says he will, he does not cut corners ,Uses top quality material and delivers top quality workmanship stays on time but does not hesitate stop and explain anything you need explained In a very obliging And pleasant way. Each day the work space is always left in a pristine condition. Worth every penny.

Our new tiled shower is beautiful, and we found the process of choosing the design and installation of it to be easy and trouble free. I would highly recommend Scott. He is very honest and cares to make the best recommendations depending on a person's needs. Not only is he knowledgeable but also reliable and gets the work done on schedule. I would not bother getting other quotes as the quality of his products, warranty, installation, workmanship and pricing are excellent. My mom is so happy with the walk in tub and we feel that she can now take baths safely, and have reduced the chances her falling or getting stuck in the tub.
