Hello,
A price was discussed with *** from BC Plumbing however that was not the price billed. When the plumber came to do work he stated the work that needed to be completed but did not discuss any charges with me. I have worked with other contractors before and every time there was a need to charge more they would discuss the options and fee's with me before doing any work to ensure I was aware of it. This did not happen and so I assumed what was being done was included in the discussed price. I have a bill now that is more than expected.
Billing Adjustment I would like the bill adjusted to reflect our original discussed price of $150 for the job.
Hello. As stated a price was given of 150 for the job. The customer asked for a rough quote which I have emails to prove as he wanted just a rough idea. I than gave him the price of in and around 150. As stated to the customer, my guys do not know what jobs are priced at when they go them or know what prices of extra work done is cost. In emails customer was asked if all we needed was to supply was abs drainage. That's is it. When my employee arrived at the job there was no basket strainers with the sink which usually come with the sink and something we were unaware of. Home owner was also asked if he would like new shut offs installed under the sink as the old ones were seized he told the employee yes. The customer was than charged for the extra basket strainers that were not mentioned were going to be needed, as well as 2 shut offs which were not mentioned on scope of work needed to be done. Customer was charged below cost for items with no mark up.
