Review: I made a purchase for a custom made [redacted] from the website on June, 14, 2015. I was told the item will be shipped after 3-4 weeks. I contacted the dealer several times and every time a new excuse for the delay was given. On July 4 a friend of mine contacted them and he was told the shipment was not ready. On July 23 he was told again that the shipment was delayed and it will be expedited and sent that week. On August 6 he asked for an explanation for the delay and no response was given at all.

The dealer kept saying that the status for the item will be updated on the website, which never happened, and that [redacted] will send an update automatically by e-mail when the shipment is marked and sent, which never either happened.Desired Settlement: Send the item, and provide a tracking number for the shipment, or make a refund.

Review: Ordered for a gold plated iphone case - was informed that delivery would not be possible. Seller issues refund. Am yet to get refund. Seller has stopped answering emails messages.Desired Settlement: I would like this refund settled immediately.
