I recently had BC flooring complete refinishing of my floors They did a very good job at a a competitive price The tradesmen work extremely hard and finished the complete sanding in one day, They were very nice to deal withI would recommend BC Floors to have any refinishing completed

BC Floors installed all Hardwood in my new home, and I am very happy for their jobWe have a curved stairs, and this is most hard job, however they did great job on that

I went in today, because my month old son had ripped up some transition strip in our apartment (a week before we move out no less!), and I needed to replace itMy husband had tried to remove the glue, but was unable to, so he was unable to reglue the strips back into placeMax told me that replacing the pieces would be too expensive, and instead took the time to remove the glue for me, so we could glue it back into place ourselvesI offered to give him money for his time (just even a small thank you tip), but he would not accept itThis may seem like a small thing, but to me it is a HUGE deal! Things have been very stressful, and it seems that everything that can go wrong has been going wrong latelyI've just been having a really rough time, so this small act of kindness made a world of difference to my life! Business isn't always about money, it's about forming relationships, and these people get that! Sure it only took him about minutes, but nothing in this world is free (usually), and (like I said), to me, this was a huge helpWhile I waited, I looked around, and they have a great selection of flooring to choose fromIf I need to replace flooring in our new place, I will definitely come back to have them do itI highly recommend them to anyone

Our floors were done last summer by Oleg and Maxim. They worked fast, clean and very professional. It is such a great and friendly team. They fixed our stairs after we dropped down a heavy furniture from upstairs all the way to downstairs. They matched parts of wood so well, so it looks great as before! They did a great job!!! Thank you guys. I would definitely call them again if I will need their help in the future!
