I received a gift from the BBC website from a friend. When I tried to get a refund or store credit they informed me that a customer care advocate would call me within two business days. No call was received. I called back and they told me to pick out several items for exchange, otherwise they’d just refund the entire amount to my friend. Also, they said they had no choice but to inform my friend of the return and what items I get instead. Awful setup at this place. Very poorly thought out. I will never buy from BBC America again.
