BBB Auto Sales

Purchased a car and making payments on a car that I'm not even driving.
My wife put down a down payment of $1,550 on a car on April 21st. The salesman told us that the dealer would get the tags the following Monday through Wednesday and we would be able to drive the car out of the lot once they received it. (Don't know why they would sell us the car first without having the proper paperwork; many states including Tennessee would see it highly illegal to do such but we gave him a chance) Wednesday passed and the tag never came in that following week. We went to the dealership the second week and he said that a "deputy/sheriff" would personally hand them the remaining titles for other cars in our same position including hers and that it would be here no later than that Friday (the 3rd). Friday passed and still no call regarding her title. This is the third week now (11th) and we have yet to receive any notification regarding the title or her car. I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com of Tennessee and now seeking an attorney for her for Personal Damages and Punitive Award.
