B.B. Trap Company

My wife and I paid ( about $95) to have a wooden lobster trap made and shipped to our home . That was in April. We were told it may take 3 weeks . It is now Sept 17th and a couple of calls and promises later but no trap has arrived.Frustrating and not good publicity for [redacted] businesses. On their web site they boost of beautiful [redacted] but their actions do not support their feelings abt [redacted] . We realize this is just one business and it could happen anywhere not just in beautiful [redacted]. Anything you can do for us would be appreciated . We'd still like to receive the trap or secondly be refunded our payment. [redacted]
