BB Hair Salon

I have been a client of *** for a couple of years, which she has done a good job with my hair. The last four visits has been a problem with the services provided by the Hair Salon. I call for appointment, but when I get to the business, they don't know I have an appointment. ***, which I assume is the business manager, sets up the appointment with *** to do my hair, but it never gets annotated, and nobody knows I have an appointment. The excuse is always I forgot to write it down. I ask where is ***, the answer I get, she is not here, she is not working today. I ask, when I made the appointment, you mentioned *** would be there, but I won't get an answer, or the excuse the kid is graduating, or an emergency has arise. The third time of the last four visit, I was able to speak to ***'s cousin, or she claim she was, which she then told me that *** hasn't been working for some time because she had moved to ***. It is upsetting, and frustrating to drive from ***, *** to ***, and not being able to get my hair done and what is expected for what you pay. Also, as a client, and a consumer I expect to get quality and honesty from the business I intend to get my hair done. I am a military dependent, and I go where my husband is to be stationed at, and wherever I go, I have to seek places to get my hair done, or my nails done, new Doctor due to I'm new to the area, but what I don't expect is to be taken by these business because I'm new to the area. I asked *** what chemicals she uses on her products because I keep breaking out, but she won't let me read the label on the bottle to see what products is in to avoid a reaction due to I can be allergic. I called her after the fourth visit due to the horrible job she had done to ask for half my money back, she didn't want to talk to me, or she claimed I was calling a business, but to call later that evening so she can write down the address, but she said after, *** said no money.
