I purchased an eye exam for contact lenses and glasses from this office. My initial appointment was on June ** at 11:30am. Between June ** and August **, I had to go in over 5 times and still do not have the correct prescription for my contacts and glasses. This is not an article of clothing, it's my eye sight and I have run out of my original contact prescription because they took so long. Now, I have no contacts and a pair of glasses with the wrong prescription. I'm going out of town for two weeks on August ** and cannot see clearly. They gave me a partial refund even though I walked away with terrible service and no product.
