Bayview Loan Servicing

Since January of 2019 my wife passed away and as of today 4-9-20 I am still trying to become the successor of the mortgage and all I get is the run around. I have been talking with a Cheryl Lofton and she seems to be less than willing. The lawyers that work for this company are a joke just look at some of the lawsuits that they have lost. The have the worst customer service around and they are proud of it. They call the say the same thing over and over and no one does anything. I have no idea how they claim to be such a wonderful helpful company to deal with however I do not see it. I will give them a one star just because there is no negative number that you can give them.
