I booked a 7-Day stay, 08/11/20-07/18/20 with Baymont Wyndham in Goodlettsville TN. Online through ***. From the moment I arrived at the hotel I was disappointed. The front door staff was not adhering to State mandatory aCovid 19 regulations. The front desk attendant ***, was not wearing a mask or any type of protection. While registring I asked the attendant about several of the amenities advertised by the hotel. I was been told that none of those really existed and that, "we have so many problems with ***". When I got to my room I contacted *** customer service. I explained the situation and that I was not happy and would like a refund for the next 6 days. they contacted motel between them some sort of resolution happened and I was told that I would get the six days refunded back to my account. That I would stay there that night and check out by 11 a.m. the next morning. At 10 a.m. different desk attendant *** call the room asking if we were going to be out. I said yes ma'am.She's responded by saying, " You better be out by 11 or you won't get your money refunded." Well at 11 while me and my son with finishing putting the rest of our belongings in my car. I began to receive alerts for my bank
for charges to the card. I drove around to the front desk. And that's the same attendant *** why there were charges being made to my card without my authorization. She then stated, " You're being charged for stolen towels, stolen pillows, and a pet fee. I explained to her that I had still nothing that the towels that were missing from the room we're in my hand waiting to be given to her. That I had not sold in any pillows and that the dog that was in the room is an ADA registered service animal. And if she could not charge me a fee for it. She didn't laugh at me and I asked her to please refund two charges $76 in total. When she refused I ask to speak to the manager. When the manager refused to come down I asked her please call the police. The police were called to the facility.

Refund I would like to see then refund the $76 back to my account. And I believe that I am also do a refund for that night. And an apology form the front door staff and manager.
this guest *** made a reservation via *** for check in on 8-11-20 for six nights guest only stayed 1 night did no want to stay the whole 6 nights she booked via *** first night was non refund therefore she was charged 1 night via *** and was refunded the other night back *** handles refund not the hotel guest was charged early check in fee of 30 dollars because she came in early that day also she did not disclose she had a pet she was charged a pet fee the pet was not a service animal of any kind was a household pet therefore pet fees were charged uon discovery by housekepping several items were missing from the room 127 the room she stayed items missing were 1 pillow 2 towels 2 handtowels and 1 wash cloth she was charged 30 dollars for the missing items total charges from hotel were 17.74 for pet fee 30 for early check in fee and 30 for missing items that were never return total incidental charges from hotel was 77.74 also wyndham customer care was also notified when the guest filed complaint as for mask all staff are equip with mask and front desk shileds are in place as well as signage on front lobby doors explaining mask required so what she is saying is false about that all charges will stand including the first night room and tax charge guest was only refunded unused nights again this was refunded by *** om 8-12 -20
