I am rejecting this response because:I have and am once again giving valid authorization for BSW to release information regarding this complaint. I personally have already given copies of the billings to me (names & acct.s deleted only) to Revdex.com showing what a mess BSW accounting is in.Since submitting my complaint to Revdex.com, I have received another billing summary that shows BSW once again issueing a refund of $31, then they "zero" it out.  NOTE: To date, 6 months after DOS, I have not received ANY refund from BSW.I believe they intend to continue with the run-around in hopes I will give up. I won't, now it just the principal that they shouldn't treat a cash patient in this manner, I certainly can live without the $31 they have dangled and never produced! No other business that I know of would be accepted if they ran their business in this manner. Customers having to fight for even the smallest refunds! Social Media would be all over them!They, BSW,  accept Medicare and write off hundreds of dollars (example: wife was seen by BSW and they charged Medicare $490, Medicare and her secondary allowed and paid $59.60. BSW wrote off the difference. Cost of doing business with Medicare. So I guess cash patients and other Insurances have to carry the load and get the shaft!

I am rejecting this response because:
 whenever I recived this bill in the past every single times, I believed that this is not approriate amount to be charged . And my insurance had alreday paid to Scott and white hospital. I donot think I need to pay that much money out of pocket to know of sugar testing methods effectiveness.
  ( I always paid doctors fees, labs test fees , xrays fees.etc....no problem .no complaints.)

I am rejecting this response because: I have already contacted Scott and white many times and I have never even received a statement from them EVER. Everyone I speak to claims they cant do anything or even tell me the reasons for the exact charges because it was handed over to a collections agency with out me ever getting a bill.

I am rejecting this response because:  [redacted] denied both of these services because of erroneous data submitted by Scott and White EMS during the billing department, necessitating me to take on the burden of costs and efforts to appeal the resulting [redacted] denials.  I have received ambulance services numerous times in the past from providers other than Scott and White EMS which NEVER resulted in a [redacted] denial.  I believe that two [redacted] denials based on billing issues from one carrier in less than one year is suspect.
