I booked a kayak trip with the company and never received a confirmation email or any other information. 1 hour prior to when my trip was to begin I revived a text message, from the company telling me to park and met them in a different company’s parking lot and walk through private property 1/4 mile away to met them for launch. I did not feel comfortable doing this and called and texted the owner several times looking to cancel. And have received answer yet . I have a screen shot of my order confirmation number from there website if that helps

Hello, I filled a complaint again Bayfield Kayak yesterday and the owner finally got ahold of my and refunded half of my money after a long argument!Sent from my iPhone
