Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Since the last time the trailer has been in I have had the skirting come off the side of the trailer again and several screws are backing themselves out, the doors that were worked on are still opening on the highway, the inverter is still screwing up, the slide out is making noises and not going in and out with ease, in my opinion the awning motors are not right, the driver side doors and slide out are leaking water into the trailer, the screws holding the front of the trailer together have fallen out and the water barrier and insulation from the front of the trailer is hanging down below the trailer, the A/C may work but small pickup campers have bigger AC'S on them that actually blow cold air, the generator that has been worked on still doesn't work 100%, the locking plates on the back door- one of them fell off, more trim in the trailer continues to bow and buckle, The radio freezes up and I have to cut all DC power to the trailer to try to start over, the floor still bows as you walk down the trailer.
Yes I am very thankful for the 6 volt upgrade, but the batteries that were installed in the first place were quote " just to get me down the road batteries, from Baydos service center", Plus the inverter is still not working properly all the time casing battery draw to be way to much.
I guess I could have gone down to baydos and picked up a non repaired trailer but was never called and said that was an option. I actually had to call and see what the status was. I may have been happy last time I picked up my trailer but that is because I finally got to use it for the 3rd time...
I understand that these are built by humans that just want to go home and don't care, but where do you draw the limit. Even your list was long. Murphy's law has a little to do with some of those things that they couldn't find wrong. I have many witness to account to the problems. The longer I am in the trailer the more goes wrong with it and it is only going to get worse. I was calm and worked with Baydos, but enough is enough Even theyre salesman said "I would be pissed and want another trailer too"!!!Sincerely,[redacted]
